My Therapeutic Space

Throughout the course of our lives, we are presented with many challenges and at times have the need for a therapeutic space to grow stronger and wiser

Philosophy and Therapeutic Approach

I see therapy as a journey that can foster your awareness, help you tackle your difficulties and make choices towards living a personally fulfilling life. I have experience in working with different therapeutic models (integrative, EMDR, CBT, ACT, person-centred, psychodynamic and family- systemic) and I have developed an eclectic approach which is tailored to each individual’s unique self and needs. Being an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, I make use of EMDR to help people who have had traumatic experiences and have struggled with PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias or other difficulties.

In every therapeutic endeavour I undertake, the therapist-client relationship plays a protagonist role. Research and my clinical work have shown, time and again, that the most important factor in effective therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Having said that, I believe in the primacy of an attentive, genuine, and empathic therapist who provides a non-judgmental and confidential environment in the service of your personal growth and wellbeing.
