My Therapeutic Space

Throughout the course of our lives, we are presented with many challenges and at times have the need for a therapeutic space to grow stronger and wiser

Concerns and Difficulties that Therapy might help me with

Life often presents us with challenges and each one of us develops their own ways of dealing with adversities. Sometimes, however, we might feel ‘lost’, incongruent with how we would like to be, how we would like to relate with others and engage with life. Our difficulties may present themselves in different forms and we often use words such as depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, panic, phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, relationship difficulties, sexuality concerns, grief and loss to describe our experience.

When feeling vulnerable and uncertain of how to go about with the challenges you are faced with, the need for support is greater. Therapy is a process through which you are helped to develop your self-awareness and make use of your unique self and inner wisdom to overcome your difficulties and engage with life in a way that you find most meaningful. Vital in this therapeutic journey, is the presence of an empathic, attentive therapist who can help you improve your well-being and realise your full potential.
